Hi, I’m Amanda.

A passionate user experience (UX) and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in creating user-centered digital experiences

Currently, I’m the Director of Global Marketing at Duke Corporate Education, where I lead our digital strategy and help shape the way we connect with users around the world.

My journey has taken me through a variety of industries, from technology and healthcare to learning and development, education, and more. I’ve worked both in-house and in agency roles, always focusing on understanding user needs and behaviors to craft strategies that truly make a difference.

I graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a degree in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. I also hold certifications in User Experience, Data Analytics, and Content Marketing. When I’m not diving into UX research or optimizing web strategies, you might find me mentoring my team, leading workshops, or brainstorming new ways to enhance user engagement.

Outside of work, I love exploring new technologies, enjoying the vibrant culture of Raleigh, NC, and getting creative with storytelling and improv at local theaters.
